What the service is

GPU Rental is a private-beta platform where people post GPU needs (demand) or GPU capacity (supply). We review each listing before it is shown and then introduce the parties to each other.

During the beta, we do not provide compute ourselves, do not process payments on this site, and do not guarantee that any listing will lead to a deal or a start date.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding agreement. You sign in with an email link; you are responsible for activity under your email address.

Your listings

Information you submit must be accurate and up to date. Suppliers must own or lawfully control the hardware they list and must describe its real specifications and availability. Demand posters must describe the real workload and must not send material they have no right to share.

You can withdraw a listing at any time with the link in your confirmation email.

What you must not do

Do not use the site for anything illegal in your location or in the location of the other party. This includes sexual content involving minors (absolutely prohibited), malware, unauthorized access to systems, spam, and content that infringes others' rights.

Do not post listings that are sexual in nature, that promote cryptocurrency mining without prior agreement, or that are used for political persuasion campaigns. Suppliers may also refuse specific workloads on their own listing.

Our review

We may reject, hide, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that break these terms or that we cannot verify. We will try to tell you when we do this, but we are not required to explain each decision.

Deals between users

Any agreement between a buyer and a supplier is between those two parties. We are not a party to it, we do not guarantee performance, and we are not responsible for payment, delivery, or quality. Check each other's identity and terms before you agree to anything.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, during a beta, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of listings, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or losses arising from dealings between users. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you have paid us, which during the beta is zero.

Content and intellectual property

The site design, text, and code belong to the operator. By posting a listing you give us a non-exclusive licence to display its public fields on the board and in our communications about it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of to be confirmed. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of to be confirmed. The final choice is subject to legal review before any paid service launches.
